The bases that sustain our community are consolidated from the two structural axes: Father and Mother. These are constituted in their time in the areas of work, representation and practice of our mission to safeguard life and the recognition of ancestral memory.

Medicine

Medicine, understood from the ancestral thought, includes all the practices that from the mission of each individual, contribute to the healing of themselves, of humanity and of life itself. Medicine is exercised through: the word, practice, example, teaching, proper exercise of the trade or profession, service and all that practice designed to promote health and prevent or cure the disease. The medical act is based on respect for the other and the humility with which the healing is performed.

Organization

The structure of the community is defined as a spiral, it is a differentiated but equal structure, which corresponds to the shape of the maloca, as a representation of the whole in the community: it is the universe in the community, because the community contains the whole.

Teaching

In the thinking of the community of peace Carare, teaching is part of the mastership that is when “the teacher makes the teacher”, that is, the teacher “makes himself in the other”.
